HB4D Ltd is a franchise organisation within the private ultrasound sector, launched at the beginning of 2018. Due to exponential growth, we are hiring an Account Manager to join our Head Office team in Nottingham!


The Business

One size really doesn’t fit all, so our service is tailored to each Franchisee to deliver a supportive and structured guidance system that fills the gaps in their knowledge and promotes the use of their strengths. The Account Manager will promote this culture with our Franchisees throughout their journey with us.


The Job

Your duties as Account Manager will see you working with our existing Franchisees to assist them with the setting up of their 4D ultrasound clinics. You will provide them with advice, guidance and support inline with the Hey Baby business model. With the guidance of the Franchise Director, you will ensure that clinics are opened in a professional, correct and timely manner.

In addition to this, the you will assist the Franchise Director with new enquiries coming in to the business, providing potential Franchisees with information about the organisation and booking appointments where necessary.

You will also liaise with suppliers, maintaining existing relationships and building new ones wherever possible, ensuring that our Franchisees are always provided with the best possible resources.


The Applicant

This is a varied role and would suit somebody with strong admin, customer service and business development or sales skills, who is able to prioritise their workload in a sometimes-pressurised environment. You will need to be extremely proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, as well as having intermediate business knowledge of social media tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
