Our early reassurance scan is designed to check the wellbeing of your baby and provide you with peace of mind from as early as 9 weeks gestation, through to 15(+ 6 days). We always aim to provide you with a fun and friendly experience, whilst only ever performing your scan by a qualified, experienced, and registered obstetric sonographer.<\/p>\n

Please arrive with a full bladder.<\/p>\n It is sometimes necessary during the earlier stages of pregnancy to offer an internal scan. This is because it can be difficult to see the fetus via the abdomen at this stage. Many factors influence this (including hydration). Please ensure you arrive for your scan with a full bladder. As with all of our scans, you have the right to stop the procedure at any time.<\/p>\n Additional images, digital downloads of your scan images and a variety of products are available at Hey Baby 4D Leeds to purchase on the day.<\/p>\n Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late we may need to offer you an alternate appointment time \/ date. You will be sent an informed consent form 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please try and fill this out prior to arriving at the clinic. It can be useful to have your pregnancy notes with you for our Sonographer to see. As with all scans, we will get a much clearer image if you have a full bladder (but not too full!).
