Here we outline Hey Baby 4D\u2019s procedures relating to our rescan policies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rescan Guarantee<\/h2>\n

All scanning packages begin with our wellbeing check and offer optional gender confirmation in traditional black and white 2D. The ultrasound scanner will then be switched into 4D mode, transforming your baby\u2019s image and showing incredible detail. Watch in fascination as your baby sucks their thumb or rubs their eyes, wiggling around in the womb. You\u2019ll see all of their tiny fingers and toes and some parents are even able to tell whose nose baby has![\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” text_font_size=”1.1em” header_text_color=”#91bcc0″ header_3_text_color=”#ee75ab” header_3_font_size=”2em” header_text_shadow_style=”preset1″ header_text_shadow_vertical_length=”0.04em” header_text_shadow_blur_strength=”0.05em” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n

We can’t guarantee what position your baby will be in at the time of your appointment and unfortunately, babies aren’t always in the mood for a photo shoot! We will do everything we can to obtain the best possible images of your baby for you whilst you’re with us, but if baby is in the wrong position then we will invite you back at a later time or date to try again.<\/p>\n

Please note: terms and conditions apply. Rescans should ideally be booked before 32 weeks. This is because the room in the womb is decreasing and an additional scan may not yield a better image. Your Sonographer will advise whether or not a rescan will make a significant difference. Strictly 1 rescan per booking.<\/p>\n

Policy<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. A rescan will only be offered if we do not fulfil the primary objective.<\/li>\n
  2. Rescans are scheduled at our discretion. We will endeavour to arrange your rescan at a time that is convenient to you, but ultimately it must also be convenient to us.<\/li>\n
  3. If you are not available for a rescan, a refund will not be offered instead.<\/li>\n
  4. Rescans may not last the full scan time, they are designed to \u2018fill the blanks\u2019, achieving the primary objective from the original scan.<\/li>\n
  5. You may request images from your original scan as well as your rescan.<\/li>\n
  6. Only one rescan will be offered per booking. Any subsequent scans will be charged at the current price.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
