If you were not happy with the service you received and wish to raise a complaint, please do so by completing the form below. As per our complaints policy, all complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a response will be provided within seven working days. If you wish to receive a copy of our complaints policy, please request it using the form below.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you can contact the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), of which we are a member. CEDR are the recognised mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service for the private healthcare sector. They are an independent non-profit organisation and a registered charity.
Please note that a complaint can only be referred to CEDR after it has first been raised with Hey Baby 4D and if a satisfactory outcome has not been achieved.
