Our early reassurance scan is designed to check the wellbeing of your baby and provide you with peace of mind from as early as 6 weeks gestation, through to 16 weeks. We always aim to provide you with a fun and friendly experience, whilst only ever performing your scan by a qualified, experienced, and registered obstetric sonographer.
Scan length: 15 minutes
Appointment duration: 20 minutes

- Locate your pregnancy
- See your baby’s heartbeat
- Date your pregnancy – to confirm how far along you are
- Confirm single or multiple pregnancy
- A wellbeing check will be performed to review your baby’s progress
- Receive a scan report & wellbeing form which includes your placenta position
- 2 x image prints to take home
- Digital download of all images taken during the scan
- 10% off your next scan
- No extra charge for twins or multiple pregnancies
Upgrades:
- Digital download of scan video (£15)
- Additional prints (£4 each)
Please note:
- We are only able to provide scans to persons over the age of 18.
- The video recording has no audio capability.
You must still attend your 20 week scan with the NHS.
Preparing for your early Reassurance scan
You must attend your routine scans with the NHS.
You can prepare for your early reassurance scan by ensuring that you are properly hydrated in the 24 hours before your appointment. Please arrive with a full bladder.
It is sometimes necessary during the earlier stages of pregnancy to offer an internal scan. This is because it can be difficult to see the fetus via the abdomen at this stage. Many factors influence this (including hydration). Please ensure you arrive for your scan with a full bladder. As with all of our scans, you have the right to stop the procedure at any time.

Our clinic is located in Athena House, right in the heart of Tachbrook Park, one of Warwick and Leamington Spa’s most accessible business districts. You’ll find us within Athena Court, just off Athena Drive, with excellent road access and multiple nearby parking options.
Directions by Car
- Easily reached via the A452, A425, and A46, connecting directly to the M40 (Junctions 13 & 14).
- When approaching Tachbrook Park, follow signs for Athena Court.
- Look for the Athena House complex — we are in Unit 24.
Parking
- There is free on site visitor parking within Athena Court (subject to availability).
- Additional parking is available throughout Tachbrook Park’s business estate.
- Customers can also use nearby retail parking (e.g., Sainsbury’s, Leamington Retail Park), all within a short walk.
Public Transport
- Bus routes serve Tachbrook Park regularly from Warwick, Leamington Spa, Whitnash, and Heathcote.
- From Leamington Spa Train Station, it’s a short taxi ride or a 6–10 minute bus journey to Tachbrook Park.
- From Warwick Station, it’s approx. 10–12 minutes by car.
