Hey Baby 4D Stalybridge is a private 4D ultrasound clinic based in Stalybridge. We are currently seeking an experienced clinical receptionist and sales administrator to join our busy team on weekends up to 6PM.
We are looking for somebody with experience in either reception or administrative positions.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
- Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
- Taking payments
- Acting as a Chaperone where required (you will be asked to complete a short qualification for this).
- Assisting with the cleaning of the clinic and equipment
- Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
- Completing job-specific training
- Upselling merchandise and services to customers
What we look for and what we provide
Experience in either reception work is a must, and sales experience is preferable. You should be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent IT; verbal and written communication skills.
Due to the nature of this role, a satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) will need to be performed prior to the commencement of employment. You will also need to maintain a satisfactory DBS throughout the duration of your employment.
