WELLBEING & GENDER SCAN – from 16 weeks gestation
Scan length: approx. 10 minutes
Appointment duration: 20 minutes
What’s included with your Wellbeing & Gender Scan:
- 20 exclusive minutes with our qualified sonographer where you can ask any questions you like!
- Locate your pregnancy
- See and listen to your baby’s heartbeat
- A wellbeing check will be performed to review your baby’s progress
- Receive a scan report and wellbeing form which includes your placenta position
- Find out the sex of your baby with our EXCLUSIVE gender reveal lighting! The room will light up pink for a girl or blue for a boy!
- 2 x black & white prints to take home

Multiple pregnancies: we do not charge extra for multiple pregnancies.

EXPRESS GENDER SCAN – from 18 weeks gestation
Scan length: approx. 5 minutes
Appointment duration: 10 minutes
What’s included with your Express Gender Scan:
- Confirm the sex of your baby from 18 weeks
- Exclusive Hey Baby 4D gender reveal lighting
- Check the wellbeing of your baby
- See and hear your baby’s heartbeat
- 2 x black & white prints
- Not suitable for multiple pregnancies
As this is an express appointment, please ensure that you arrive 5 minutes early for your scan in order to complete the necessary paperwork. Failure to do so may result in us having to reschedule your scan.

Rescans:
If we are unable to confirm the sex of your baby, we may offer you one free rescan at a later date*.
Please note:
- We are only able to provide scans to persons over the age of 18
- The video recording has no audio capability
- If you are planning a gender reveal party, please allow a couple of days after your scan in case a rescan is required
*At the manager’s discretion, T&Cs apply.
You must still attend your 20 week scan with the NHS.
Preparing for your Gender Scan
You can prepare for your gender scan by ensuring that you are properly hydrated in the 24 hours before your appointment. Please arrive with a full bladder.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete your paperwork
Please bring your pregnancy notes with you. We may not need them, but it is helpful if our qualified sonographers need to refer to them at any stage during your early reassurance scan.
As with all of our scans, you have the right to refuse or stop the procedure at any time.

Finding Hey Baby 4D Sutton
Located on Stafford Road, just off the main high street, Woodcote Road, in Sutton, finding Hey Baby 4D Sutton is convenient. Our clinic is a short ten-minute walk from Wallington train station, and various bus stops are nearby, including stops for the 154, 157, and 455 buses. This provides easy access from Sutton, Croydon, and Merton.
We offer free on-street parking outside the clinic for up to one hour. On Sundays, parking is free, and there is also free parking available on side roads less than a five-minute walk away.
