Available from 16 through to 38 weeks of your pregnancy. Choose either a reassurance scan or Growth & Presentation scan. Both provides you with the chance to bond with your baby whilst we check their wellbeing and growth progress. We always aim to provide you with a fun and friendly experience, whilst only ever performing your scan by a qualified, experienced, and registered obstetric sonographer
Scan length: approx. 10 minutes
Appointment duration: 20 minutes
What’s included with your Reassurance Scan:
- 20 exclusive minutes with our qualified sonographer where you can ask any questions you like!
- Locate your pregnancy
- See & hear your baby’s heartbeat
- Check your baby’s wellbeing
- Receive a scan report and wellbeing form
- Check your baby’s presentation/position for delivery (if far enough into your pregnancy)
- Check the amount of fluid around your baby
- Check your placenta location
- Estimate baby’s measurements and weight
- Find out your baby’s sex with our EXCLUSIVE gender reveal lighting (optional)!
- FREE 4D preview*
- 2 x black & white prints
This scan is similar to the Reassurance Scan, however we will focus more on checking fetal weight, amniotic fluid, and growth measurements, and confirm fetal presentation and placental site.
Multiple pregnancies: we do not charge extra for multiple pregnancies.

* Free 4D preview only available until 32 weeks’ gestation. As room decreases in the womb, it gets more difficult to obtain an image of baby’s face.
Please note:
- We are only able to provide scans to persons over the age of 18
- The video recording has no audio capability
You must still attend your 20 week scan with the NHS.
Preparing for your scan
You can prepare for your reassurance or growth and presentation scan by ensuring that you are properly hydrated in the 24 hours before your appointment. Please arrive with a full bladder.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete your paperwork
Please bring your pregnancy notes with you. We may not need them, but it is helpful if our qualified sonographers need to refer to them at any stage during your reassurance scan.
Please ensure you arrive for your scan with a full bladder. As with all of our scans, you have the right to refuse or stop the procedure at any time.

Finding Hey Baby 4D Sutton
Located on Stafford Road, just off the main high street, Woodcote Road, in Sutton, finding Hey Baby 4D Sutton is convenient. Our clinic is a short ten-minute walk from Wallington train station, and various bus stops are nearby, including stops for the 154, 157, and 455 buses. This provides easy access from Sutton, Croydon, and Merton.
We offer free on-street parking outside the clinic for up to one hour. On Sundays, parking is free, and there is also free parking available on side roads less than a five-minute walk away.
